A message from Haunted Trails’ Owner and Management Team
To our Valued Guests,
At this time when the news is dominated by Coronavirus (COVID-19), I wanted to personally reach out to you and let you know we are vigilantly implementing enhanced sanitation standards to ensure your health and safety. We have been closely monitoring communications and recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), government agencies and medical professionals to stay on top of this evolving situation.
Based on the most recent information from the CDC, for most people, the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to be low. However, we are on high alert and want to share with you the extra precautions we are taking.
Here is what we are doing:
- We are using hospital-grade disinfectant to clean restrooms, restaurant and also the common area surfaces of games, attraction areas, playland equipment, counters, door handles, keypads, etc.
- We have increased the frequency and intensity of cleanings and have assigned staff, specifically, to be vigilant in the cleaning of these areas.
- Anti-bacterial hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout the centers for our guests and employees use.
- We are requiring employees – and recommending to guests – to follow the CDC guidelines of replacing handshakes with elbow bumps, hand waves or bowing (or all three!), and to wash their hands frequently and to cover their cough or sneeze with their arm.
We will be monitoring this situation very closely with the major health organizations and local experts and will provide updates as this situation evolves.
Your health and safety – and confidence in Trails Entertainment Centers to work through these challenging circumstances – is a responsibility that we take very seriously.
THANK YOU for being a loyal guest of Haunted Trails and for choosing to celebrate your most cherished life events with us. We truly appreciate that honor.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
With best regards,
Frank P. Sikora
